HRCC assists its clients in implementing off-the-shelf training and/or developing custom training programs to address their organization's specific needs.  We distinguish ourselves from our competitors by using consultants as trainers that have years of experience in their areas of expertise.  Many of our competitors use trainers that have completed a train-the-trainer program for their topics and basically teach from a script; lacking the in depth knowledge and experience to handle detailed and complex questions from class participants.

Our courses are delivered in partial days or full-days and can run from half-day modules to 40 or more training hours.  We deliver over 600 course topics using our in-class trainers or e-learning.
