Our Employee Assistance Programs (EAP) provides employers with a low cost, effective approach to assist employees and their families to resolve life problems including, but not limited to:
Our program encourages employees and dependents to seek early intervention and treatment, which reduces behavioral health claims and expenditures. Early intervention through the EAP enables resolution of a large percentage of problems before it becomes necessary to refer to more intensive and costly forms of treatment. While an EAP may or may not resolve all of the issues that your employees face everyday, it is an excellent tool to assist them with coping. Studies show that for every dollar companies invest in an EAP, they will generally save anywhere from $5 to $16. This savings comes from reduced absenteeism, improved productivity, fewer workers’ compensation claims and reduced medical claims.
