Climate or Employee Satisfaction Surveys
These surveys are designed to capture employees' perceptions of their work environment.  They assess the general work environment rather than just employee satisfaction.  They measure attitudes relative to your Company's, management, jobs and other job satisfaction and effectiveness elements.  These surveys will reveal organizational strengths and areas for improvement.
