Kei S. Dillard formed Cynosure Management Solutions, Inc. in 2006. She brings over 20 years of entrepreneurial, leadership, management and team development experience, as well as organizational consulting to her clients.

Ms. Dillard has a strong record of driving strategic organizational change and building high performing organizations. She has assisted organizations, teams and leaders involved in undergoing significant change to develop the capabilities, practices and skills required for success in today's business environment.

Her expertise includes:

Leadership and Management Development, including the design and instruction of management skills, executive coaching, team building facilitation, and developing and executing high potential programs
Professional Skills Development which includes customized business programs, such as time management, presentation skills, facilitation skills and interpersonal skills
Advanced HR assessments including 360-degree feedback processes, performance management, succession planning, executive on-boarding plans, and diversity initiatives

Ms. Dillard has held a number of positions with global technology organizations and collegiate institutions including Sun Microsystems, CompuCom Systems, ASAP Software (now Dell Computers), Mount Saint Mary’s College, and Education Management Corporation.

She holds a B.S. in Organizational Management and a Masters degree in Clinical Psychology from Vanguard University. She is currently pursuing her doctorate in Organizational Leadership with a specialization in Executive Coaching. Ms. Dillard is a national speaker and belongs to numerous professional organizations. She resides in Los Angeles.
