Aubrey C. Ellis

Aubrey C. Ellis is the former Senior Human Resources Manager for Raytheon Technical Services Company, a division of Raytheon Aircraft Company, which provides equipment and services to the United States Military.

For the past 21 years, Mr. Ellis had been providing leadership and administration for employee relations, labor relations, compensation, benefits, organization development and other human resource functions to an organization where a small Human Resources Generalists staff supported a broad range of Personnel assignments, projects, programs and activities for over 14,000 employees worldwide.  During his last assignment, Mr. Ellis managed HR functions and services for employees located in Guam; Calgary, Canada; Norfolk, VA and Chula Vista, CA.  Throughout his career he has developed valuable insights and expertise regarding the interpersonal and operational requirements of conducting effective negotiations and resolution of workplace conflicts.  Mr. Ellis is also a Credential Mediator for San Diego’s National Conflict Resolution Center in the areas of workplace or eldercare disputes. 

Prior to working for Raytheon Aircraft Company, Mr. Ellis was Dean of Students at Knoxville College, TN, and prior to this experience was the Special Consultant to the California Department of Health for the rights of the Disabled.  In that capacity it was his responsibility to design, develop, implement, and administer the department’s compliance with the Rehabilitation Act of 1973.

In addition to his 21 years of experience, Mr. Ellis has a BA in Criminology and a BA in History from the University of California, Berkeley; a Law Degree (J D) from the University of California, Davis ; and a MA, with honors, in Behavioral Science with an emphasis on Negotiations and Conflict Resolution from the California State University, Dominquez Hills.   Mr. Ellis is trained in CMI or Continuous Measurable Improvements and as a result, has lead several “Process Improvement” teams focused on improving the procedures and processes associated with various functions or services.  He has been a team leader, coach and mentor.
