As President, Mrs. Towns is responsible for business strategy and development, operations, proposal development, controller functions, customer and public relations, marketing strategy, human resources, facilities, and information technology.

Prior to starting HRC Consultants, Mrs. Towns was the Customer Relations and Aviation Manager for ARCO’s Corporate jet fleet; where she managed relationships with the Offices of the CEO, President, Executive Vice Presidents, Operating Company Presidents and multiple external contractor service providers.

As Customer Relations and Office Manager for Skydraulics Corporation, Mrs. Towns managed customer relations, customer account maintenance, contract preparation, purchasing and inventory tracking.

Her financial and sales background includes her role as an Account Executive for Wells Fargo Bank, responsible for business development, account maintenance, marketing and selling various retail/commercial banking products to high net worth individuals, corporations and professional organizations throughout the greater Los Angeles area. These responsibilities required sales strategy development and implementation and financial counseling.

As Credit Services Manager she administered a $730,000 annual budget while supervising a staff of 30 engaged in processing incoming sales orders, client account maintenance and account reconciliation.  Mrs. Towns has also managed large order entry functions, loan interviewers and collectors.
